error in sentence

Is the following sentence correct?
"Today is gone good"
I think there is no structural error in it.But, people are saying the is already gone, so we have to use past tense. Isn't the sentence a passive one?.

"Today is gone good" It is very informal. I would not call it a proper sentence. It means "The day is over.
