Error Identification?

The (1) village that both of my parents (2) lived when they (3) got married ten years ago (4) has completely changed.

Since this question has no answer, I guess the answer is 4. It should be was completely changed because the village (as a subject) is the thing so it cannot do change itself. But, I also wonder that 3 got married is correct or not.

Please help me solve this question. Thank you

There's no point in complicating things in that sentence. Use the past tense got married.
