Error Identification

The President has still not proved that he is an honest person.

According to my book there is no error in the above sentence.

I believe we should use 'yet' in place of 'still'.

He is still to prove that he is honest.
He has yet to prove that he is honest.

Please let me know if my understanding is correct.
