Error identification

A question from a test paper: please spot the error(s) in the dialog and make a correction:

"Why are you looking so worried? Is there anything I can do for you?" "The computer must break down when I nearly finished my composition."

I am uncertain as to the verb forms of the following:
1. are... looking
2. must break and
3. nearly finished.
In my opinion, they should be:
1. do ...look
2. should have broken and
3. was about to finish
Can you help identify the error(s)in the dialog? Thank you!

"Why are you looking so worried? (Why do you look so worried? - This is a fine alternative, but the original is OK.) Is there anything I can do for you?"
"The computer must break broke down when I was nearly finished with my composition."

In an English dictionary, "must" indicates that something annoys you and gives the following example:
Just as I was sitting down to supper, the telephone must ring.
But in most dictionaries, "must" should be used in questions and give the the following example:
Must you always run when the pressure gets too much?

What an unusual dictionary that must be! That sentence is very strange.
