Question:
She is a good secretary but lately she has been making ___ in such simple things as typing and uploading information.

Choices:

2)Faults

Answer:
1)Errors

My confusion:
Why? Actually why can't it be faults. Sorry I am confused with the meanings of these two words, as well as their usages. Please advise, teachers.

The answer is "error" are simply mistakes Faults is more of a blame toward oneself or an individual. Also may be used as a personal character flaw. ie.

Faults is more of a blame toward oneself or an individual. Also may be used as a personal character flaw. ie. I'm not perfect as I many flaws.
