Error

What is the error in the given sentence?

It was hard to believe(A)/that my brother could be(B)/involved with anything so sinister.(C)/No error(D)

My answer is (C) There should be 'in' in place of with.

The sentence, "It was hard to believe that my brother could be involved with anything so sinister.", is correct. "...in anything..." is also correct.
