Error

I had an exam today. I am from India.
In the exam, there was a question in which we had to find error.

I really do regret not to learn to play the violin when I had so many oppurtunity to learn and practice in school

In the answer key the error is in " I realy do regret not to learm to play" but I think it should be in " practice" . " practise" should be there instead. Please guide.

There are three errors:

I really do regret not learning to play the violin when I had so many opportunities to learn and practice in school.

Can't we use 'Practise' here as it is a verb? 'Practice' does not suits here as it is a noun.

In US English practice is used for both noun and verb. In British English practice is the noun and practise the verb.
