Error

0 Hi everybody, I have a small doubt, I hope any of you could help me. 02br
00The problem is with the preposition "on" and "in" with the word "error". 02br
00I've seen sentences with "error in" and "error on". But I don't know when to use on or in. 02br
00I give some examples I found: 02br
02br
001- Any Spelling or grammar ERROR ON Items 3 or 4 or 5 result in 02br
00a -40 point penalty 02br
02br
002- Lab project 7 has an ERROR IN the grammar that has been confusing students 02br
02br
003- The company reported the ERROR ON Sept. 15 02br
02br
004- A smaller network gave over 20% ERROR ON the same test set 02br
02br
005- What gives you the right to say what an ERROR IN English is? 02br
02br
006- Unfortunately, we are unable to quantify the effects of these sources of ERROR ON our results 02br
02br
007- Human ERROR IN Medicine 02br
