Erasmus - motivation letter

Hi, I am looking for somebody who can help me with my motivation letter for Erasmus in Porto. I´m not a native English and I know that my letter has some grammar mistakes. I hope that somebody can read the letter and check this. I'll be thankfull for all your comments.

Motivation letter:

I am writing to express my keen interest in studying abroad at the Instituto Politécnico do Porto. With this letter I would like to introduce myself and show you my interest in studying abroad as an Erasmus student throughout the fall semester 2013/2014.
My name is Michaela Feiklová, I am currently studying at the Faculty of Economics at the University of South Bohemia in Ceské Budejovice – just finishing final year of Bachelor´s Degree programme in Retail management. Because I have strong interest in Economy, I also study first year of Structural policy of the EU for public administration as second study field too. Thus I devote both of public sector and private sector of Economy. During my studies, I took the opportunity and attended several seminars (Mathematics I and II, Statistics) and presentations (Fair trade presentation from Bolivia and Presentation of the trade from the expert from Australia) which have been taught in English. I always love traveling and discovering new places and cultures. During Erasmus, I want to meet new people, their lives, languages and habits. Only one reason is for me more important than previous mentioned. In this time, the knowledge of foreign languages is the most important benefit. I think that Erasmus is the best way, how improve my English language skills and get elementary knowledge of language of the host country. And I want gain more experience from another study system and an advantage for my academic and personal life. I assume to spend a part of study abroad in one of EU member countries should be necessity for my future career. I have always lived in Czech Republic so studying abroad has been always part of my plans and wishes so I believe that this option can fulfill all my dreams.
I would be very pleased if I will spend my next semester in Instituto Politécnico do Porto. I have chosen Portugal as the country of my staying because it is very attractive country for me and its culture is very different of mine and I like challenges. I also want to improve my English and I read that this school has high level of English teaching. The University is interestingly located and offers a broad range of subjects which are taught in English. How I saw on university websites one of the faculties offers interesting programme for Erasmus students, which corresponds with my study programme. For me, it would be a great opportunity to get a different perspective on issues. The next advantage of Porto is ESN (International exchange Erasmus student network). This organization helps Erasmus students in Porto and organizes different types of activities which can help to know Porto and its around.
