equivalent meaning?

hi teachers, hi all

Mirana remembered to phone the doctor.

1. She remembered phoning the doctor.
2. Mirana forgot to remember to phone.
3. She didn't forget to phone the doctor.
4. She remembered that she phoned her.

I found this question very hard. Which one has the nearest meaning of the sentence above. In my opinion fourth sentence is correct but first and third sentences look fine.

I think this question evaluates gerunds or infinitives. The answer key says the third one is correct. I don't think so.
