Equipment Complain letter correction required

Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter to complain about the faulty laptop that I purchased from your shop on Tuesday last week.

On purchasing this laptop I was assured that this was the latest model and the best there was to buy. However,when I got home I discovered that not only did the laptop's keyboard malfunctions but also the quality of screen was not as good as promised in fact it got quite blurry sometimes. The keys need to be pressed hard in order to avoid spelling mistakes and therefore extra effort is required to do so.

I am a free lance Project Manager and work from home. It is crucial for me to meet the deadlines of my projects and these problems are creating hindrances in it. Moreover, to my horror, yesterday evening during skype session with an international client some of the keys stopped working totally and frequent fluctuations was occuring on the colours of the display.

I called your customer service department immediately on Tuesday and they assured me that laptop would be replaced or fixed within two days but all went in vain. I am disappointed to say that this has not happened and I received no communication since then.

I am exceedingly displeased with both the quality of the product as well as the poor service I received since. I hope this problem will resolved promptly. I expect to receive replacement of laptop or have my current laptop repaired but if it could be done within a day.
