Equal rights

All the community members were given the freedom to profess their respective religion and perform the religious ceremonies. Similarly, in the constitution of XXX and in Universal Declaration of Human Rights all the human beings are given equal religious, personal, civil, political, economic, social, and cultural rights.

Are these sentences grammatically correct and natural? Please help me make them natural.
