Water is the driving force of all nature. Water is life’s matter and matrix. There is no life without water. The present study attempts to bring an acute awareness among the people about the quality of underground well water by taking various water samples during the two seasons (summer and winter) from different locations of Iqlim el Kharroub in south-western Lebanon for analysis. The experiment analyses its various Physico-chemical and microbiological parameters such as pH, Electrical Conductivity, TDS, TH, Ca2+, Mg2+, Cl-, SO42-, Total Alkalinity and BOD etc. The results are comparing with standards of WHO. A systematic correlation and regression study showed significant relationship among different pairs of water quality parameters. Water samples recorded at laboratory analysis, which are related to the significant contamination in underground well water, also confirmed the relationship even when we are transferring from high to low attitude. Moreover, we noticed higher permissible limits than WHO’s limits. For instance, low quality of water justifies different water borne diseases. To determine this quality of water in this region we should successively controller for a longer time to be regular announcement to proceed safe drinking water.
