Hi.

I have used three times the word (envioronment) and two times (create). I am thinking about some synonyms so I can repalce them with these words in the following context.





I have always tried to create a fertile environment for students by creating a challenging and competitive environment beside a fun learning environment.



It would be kind of you if you would let me know if the following concept can be expressed in other ways.
