Envious "of" someone?
Is there such an expression?
I've only seen the word being applied to describe a behavior or condition(ex: "He glimpsed at her with an envious look"), not to a person.

I think that it is okay to describe person as "Envious Person
."
we can say : "she was envious of her friend's beauty."
