Envelop?

Hi, everyone.

Could you tell me whether the word "Welcome" could be used as an acronym for the following sentence? We want to write it on the door of the ECE (Early Childhood Education) room thus:

L ove and

C are

O f

M others in this

E nclosure.

Now, I know enclosure is used for animals, but can it be used in this context?

Any other suggestion would be most welcome.
