Enumerations and "to" infinitives

Hi all,

I' m wondering if you have to repeat the "to" preposition when enumerating?

For example,

The experiences I gained taught me to result-based management, including careful time management, to work under pressure, to successfully multi-task, prioritise and solve organizational and logistical problems.

That sentence is amixture, some "to" are there some are left out. Is 'to' essential in formal letters?

Thanks a lot for your answer,
