How do you interpret "entertain" in the next context:


"...The parties hereto agree that the Courts of Ontario, Canada shall have jurisdiction to entertain any action or other legal proceedings based on any provisions of this Agreement and the parties hereby waive any right they may have to entertain any action or other legal proceeding in respect hereof in any other jurisdiction..."
