Enough of the urgency

I think we have seen enough of the urgency in getting this committee reinstated.

I think that "enough of the urgency" is a noun phrase (a fused-head construction) where the determiner "enough" is explicitly fused with the object/complement of the prepositional phrase, i.e., "urgency".
