By the way, don't you think there is a romantic idea about winter, the image of the blue skies, the snow on the trees? I think it looks very attractive.

I think it depends on circumstances.
An elderly person or someone used to a warmer country will feel it as quite cold (compared to a young person), and someone who is struggling to pay for heating may well not enjoy it.
But if people are in a comfortable position, they are in a better position to enjoy it
