Is there a difference between "to join the army" and "to enlist in the army"?
If so, when should I use each of them?
Would you please give me a few examples?
Thank you
Whichever you choose, you end up in the army. If there's any difference, 'enlist' means 'sign up' and 'join' means 'begin active service'.
