You can Listen to the LBC radiostation from London, which is very colloquial, you can get there through Windows Media Player (not needed to dowload Real Player).
the dial frecuency is 97.3 fm.
Still simpler, you open tour browser, write "LBC radio" in Google and once you enter the website then follow the steps on it to arrive to a button that reads "live" or "listen now" or something like this. Then, if everything is ok in your PC, either Windows Media Player or Real Player -depending on your default audio player - will pop up
The London BBC is ok as well, but in my view the BBC English is a little bit more "book english" whereas the LBC is more casual.
I thinks LBC belongs to the group SKY , so the differences are similar to those between the BBC TV and SKY TV, but in terms or radio

Or you can watch Studio Classroom. The language is not difficult but the program is informative. And the pronounciation and intonation are perfect. Hope this can help.

Dear Ramaza.

I believe you must compare English Grammer with your owen language grammer and try to make easy sentences first. For Example.
1- I go,.. How do you say in your language.......
2- I am going,..and so on.
3-What is the ddiferent of these Sentences. You should know when you must use I go and when you use I am going.if you have any question please let me know.

My personal experience says that if u help urself u will get sucess.So better try to speak english whether it is poor or strong.And watch english news channel try to see the lip movements of them and try to read in english anything for atleast 15min a day and trytonguetwisters to strech u r mouth muscles.And the very important thing find atleast 5 different words from dictionary which u can be able to use in u r vocabulary.And try read grammer book to make u aware of grmmatical mistakes and try to tape u r voice when u speak in english and listen it afterwards u ll definetely come to know where u r doing mistakes and do all this things for atleast 2 months and see if u can get a good english fluency stop watching hindi or any other regional channel watch continuously english channel for atleast a month and think for 10 min in english about urself try to write u r daily diary in English and see if it can help u out.

Generally for the speaking:
Be pleasant, confident, smile, and use simple words, you know, and talk slowly, and express your self by using different tones , just pretend as if you are excited and enjoying the exam.

CARD 1 : Event or activity:

One of the best vents in my memory is our graduation ceremony, that was really nice, Although this was 8 years ago, but I can remember it as if it was just yesterday, 200 newly graduated doctors from different parts of the country attending with their family, every one is really excited, and looking forward for the future.

As a medical student I have participated many times in organizing such an event but this time it was different, I was one of the graduates. This was a changing point in my life, career plans, motivations, and worries as well.

Card 2:

Ok good:

I have always thought of being the director of health care in my town, planning for the health services, ensuring best quality, making care accessible, available, and affordable.
I think this job is ideal for people who are unique with strong personalities, intelligent, punctual, and eager to achieve qualities.
I think this job is just perfect for me because I have always been keen on public health issues, and am a member of different community groups, and social clubs, and I have developed leadership criteria over the years. I love teamwork, and I do enjoy management.

Card 5:
Travel experience:

Last year I visited Dubai, this was my honeymoon, oh that was great, I had fun….
We took the flight from Khartoum directly to Dubai this was a 5 hours journey I did enjoy every single minute on it.
The reason why we decided to go over there is simply because in Dubai you can enjoy the luxurious western life events as well as the traditional eastern qualities, and more importantly the spicy food, oh I love it. I was lucky to know about Dubai from one of my friends.

Hobby or interest:
Voluntary work is my favourite, I developed this interest while we were medical students, we used to organizing some trips to the poorest areas of our country to help the people and provide primary health care, we normally divide ourselves into different teams, including medical, social, preventive, and sport teams.
And since then I have done plenty of voluntary work in Sudan, Somalia, and Uganda, in refugee camps, and rural areas.
The reason why I enjoy this work although it is some times tiring and may be not safe, is because of the self satisfaction I feel when I help the others special those who are really disparate for help and support.
