Enjoyed eating rambutans

Do I write:

When Susan's grandparents were in the village, she visited them during school holidays. Susan was happy when she arrived.

When Susan arrived this afternoon, she saw durian trees in the orchard. She was excited about them.

Susan's grandparents brought a rattan basket and plucked rambutans. Her grandmother helped Susan pick the ripe rambutans.Susan enjoyed staying there. / Susan enjoyed the rambutans. / Susan enjoyed eating rambutans.
