What are the posible responses to these sentences ?

On an aroplane.
Flight attendant: Enjoy your meal.
Passenger: Thank you ???

At home/restaurant etc
1.
A: Bon appetit
B: Bon appetit ???

2.
A: Enjoy your meal.
B: Enjoy your meal. or Enjoy!

Hi, Enjoy your meal. Usually, this is just said by a waiter, by someone who serves your meal. A host does not usually say this to a guest.

So the only way is to say
A: Bon appetit.
B: Bon appetit. ???

What about toasts?

B: Bon appetit. ??? It's perfectly adequate. It's not 100% necesasary that you say anything at all. You can just make polite and friendly conversation.

What about toasts?
