Enjoy having...

Since you ar a human being, you may well have feelings like "Why isn't it me? Why am I not the one who is experiencing such thigs?" Certainly you know this envy is natural and you don't need to pushish yourself. But we can deeply consider how fortunate this person is, how much we would enjoy having what she has, and how good this must feel for her.

In this paragraph, I'd like to know which one is correct understanding for the underline part.

1) how much it would be great if we could have her luck (instead of her).

2) how much it would be great if we are glad to know her luck.
