Could anybody help me with the questions below?

Do native speaker use this word as the word like?

Could anybody correct the sentences below for me?

I enjoy talking with/to you, because you have culture/good manners.

I enjoy talking with/to my lover/sweetheart. (Can I use lover or sweetheart to express a person that I love but who does not love me.)

I enjoy being an English tutor.

I enjoy teaching English.

I enjoy the stretching of yoga.

I enjoy watching him dancing/ him dance/he dances.

I enjoy talking [to / with] my [boyfriend / girlfriend].
I enjoy being an English tutor.

I too cannot think of a way to express what you wish to say without writing endless prose. Sweetheart, out of the two you have given, is the best option. It does not state a relationship of any kind but simply describes a person as warm hearted and loving.
