I would like to know the meaning of the next sentence.

You might as well enjoy your money while you’ve got it.

What is it that you don't understand? Which part? I would say that the meaning is more or less like: Why not enjoy your money and use it?

The phrase "might as well (do)" means that it is probably better idea to do something than not to do it.

This is the meaning I get from the sentence:

It's probably a good idea to enjoy yourself by spending the money you have right now.

The sentence suggests that the person might currently have more money than usual.
