Enjambement

Hi everybody,
I'd like to know if there is an enjambement in these lines. And if not why.

"What is this life if, full of care,
we have no time to stand and stare"
Thanks Rip

No as the first line does not flow directly into the second. You do not have enjambement with punctuation (the comma).
