Englsih for customer care?

My name is Kumar. I am working as a technical support executive ( chat support ). I would like to join a voice based technical support job.

Could anyone please suggest me the easiest way to learn functional engllish for customer care.

I mean commonly used pharses, sentences, buzzwords...etc
