Hello, Abdul.

You will need to read at least Chapter 6 of Lewis Carroll's Through the Looking Glass to begin to understand Humpty Dumpty's character and his attitude toward the English language. Enjoy!

i want to know how "to be" is used in this sentence and what does it mean??? "to be" very often puzzles me...

Which is to be master-- This seems to me to simply be a infinitive clause, a subject complement. 'To be' is the potential form of existence. Which is to be master = Who will be master.
