hello teachers., one patient is suffering from paralysis and remained to bed. is there any word for patient who remained to bed without movement?? please suggest word . smdl

I suggest the word "bedridden".

Bedridden - Describing a person who is unable or unwilling to leave the bed because of illness or injury.
