English word

In schools and homes, students are sometimes given a minor punishment. They must hold their earlobes with their hands crossed (namely, right earlobe with left hand and left earlobe with right hand) and squat down and go up a specific number of times. I do not know whether there is a word for this activity. In our mother tongue, Malayalam, there is a word for it. Do you know the English word.
