One of my daughters is actually learning English for one complete academic year in the Devon.
I don't know this county of England, just a little bit of East Anglia, Midlands and, of course, London.
I would like to know if people of Devon, and particularly close to the Dartmoor aera have an accent and , why not learning English with a teacher with this kind of accent?
My child will be living for one year near Plymouth and I sure he shall speak a fluent English, certainly not as me?
I would like to prepare my trip to the Devon and be able to speak a local English.
I have just got to setup Skype on my computer.

I do not recommend that you try to imitate any local accent. You run the risk of sounding foolish.
