English vocabulary

I would be very greatefull if any one explain the difference between these sentences. whether both the sentences are correct or not. If not why pls explain with context.

He said him that he will come to his house tomarrow.

He said him that he would come to his house tomarrow.

It might be a better idea to include the person's name instead of using he and him. However, grammatically, say/said requires a preposition. If this sentence was said some days ago, or even earlier in the past, the correct version would be: He said to him that he would go to his house the next day.
