I got a message from my counterpart, quote, "Could you pls look into the file to see if I group the staff into
correct categories, i.e. Analyst, Others & Temp.?". I changed some numbers and going to send the file back to her. Which one is more appropriate for the blank?

"Please refer to the attached file that I ( )."

changed, modified, adjusted, revised

Thanks in advance.

Based on the first part of the sentence; do I say:

'Our previous conversation refers'?

'Your letter refers'

'I refer to your letter dated...'

I am not sure when to use refer/ refers.

Please assist.
