I am trying to translate my most favorite local song into English, but I'm not really sure about the grammar. Also, the translation might came off as twisted because I matched all syllables so that it can be sang conveniently like the original one. This is the original song:
This is my translation:
Every sentence which is used to take me down I don't take them seriously anymore Also many speeches which just bash me I'm not concerned by them anymore
I am not a king of person who is able to understand how to read another's heart I am just a little dreamer who imagines to change his own destiny
Oh, haven't I ever seen all of those bright stars? The smiles which decorate the black night Which are shining just like some jewels Amusing those whose soul is tired and those whose heart is sad Those whose soul is tired and those whose heart is sad
I am now moving my footsteps to a place where love is likely to grow I see far off to the distance with my eyes to continue my dream which has been broken
I am still trying on chasing my longin' even though my sweat makes the grounds all wet The fatigueness can't even prevent me to find the true happiness
Oh, haven't I ever seen all of those bright stars? The smiles which decorate the black night Which are shining just like some jewels Amusing those whose soul is tired and those whose heart is sad Those whose soul is tired and those whose heart is sad
Those whose soul is tired
Oh, amn't I able to see all those bright stars? The smiles which decorate the black night Which are shining just like some jewels Amusing those whose soul is tired
Isn't the life simply a stopping place? We do not have to always run quickly I am inhaling a long breath to be ready to take off again and to take off again setting steps with my feet towards where the light lies
Just like all of those shining stars Amusing those whose soul is tired Just like all of those sparkling stars Amusing those whose heart is still sad Please correct me if there are some grammatical errors.
