English translation

I need to know the correct translation for the following sentence:

In Dutch we say "netto" prices, when we mean the prices exclude VAT (value added tax).

How do I say the following sentence in English?

"All prices are net prices"

I just noticed it didn't post my entire question.. I wanted to add two more options "All prices exclude VAT" or "All prices are excluding VAT" or are none of these correct?
