English-TH sound

I just started learn english recently and found it's so difficult in the ''TH'' sound. I heard some people said ''TH'' like 't' or 'd' but when i heard some video or do the IELT exam it's like 'f' ,such as a song 'worth it'' of fifth harmony, the sound like worf-fit , or that's my bad english listening??I'm very confused

Anonymouswhen i heard some video or do the IELT exam it's like 'f'
It's very similar to 'f'. Saying 'f' is almost like biting your lower lip, but saying 'th' is almost like biting your tongue.
