00 Introduction: I recently watched a documentary on the television; the documentary was about the number of unemployed workers increasing, and the people who are in work are having to work long hours for little wages, resulting in people having little money to spend. Main part: Many people are striving for work however often finds being out qualified by better people for the job or being replaced by machines. Modern technology can produce goods faster and in much more quantity than humans. In addition if machines are not used, employers require work to be done by a deadline. If these deadlines are not met many of the working people often find themselves sacked. Or are forced to work longer hours to make up the lost time. This often puts much stress into the workers, as well as having less time for itself or for the own family. But in the today's time companies or bosses often do not pay attention to the work time of the employee. This often leads to workers hatred towards its bosses. CONCLUSION In the long run I am in the opinion that the policy must change. One may not use the employee like a machine that can work for twenty four hours, humans need rest for recovery, and maybe a vacation once in a while to be able to relax and be stress free. However bosses and companies only have one goal which is to make high profits, by sending workers on vacation bosses and companies lose a lot of money, which is unacceptable. 02 b 00 0-
