Hi. I'm Malaysian. Can anyone provide me a suitable english term for 'orang yang *** lepas tengkuk' (malay). Literally translated as 'let lose own neck' It means someone who do something to avoid being blame/likes to put the blame on someone else. Anything similar to that meaning.
