English teaching

1] We teach English at our school. INCORRECT

2] English is taught at our school. CORRECT.

3] Students are taught in English. CORRECT.

Are the 2nd and 3rd ones are passive sentences?

My next question is on the first sentence. Why is it incorrect?

I have learnt a school principal or an academic member of a university won't use the first sentence.

1] We teach English English at our school.

2] English is taught at our school.

You know these things better than me. It says languages are always evolving; so nowadays we accept even the first sentence.
