I want to start a discussion on English Speaking. This a main concern for specially non-natives. English is not their mother language. They learn grammar rules and know English well. But most of them feel a great hesitation, when they speak English. I am also non-native. So I like to discuss on different ideas for English Speaking.

If you do that at home, you can do several things like reading and listening then recording yourself in order to hear your voice and repeat again and again in order to correct yourself, if possible. Or, listening to television or radio or anything you want to hear. Or watching movies. There are also very nice magazines. There are also very nice web sites.
The best and serious thing, in my opinion is to attend a school, I mean an English course. If not, try to have conversation with native English speakers ( real time conversation ). You should try to find a course where at least for several times per week you can speak English.
Or go to a country where people speak English.
However, if you want to improve, start as soon as possible and do it every day, Saturday and Sunday & holidays included, even if for just one hour a day, but every day. Build a startegy and follow it.
