Hello.
These sentences are my homework.
I need to translate them from Japanese to English.
Can you help me check them. If you find something worng in them, tell me how to revise them, please. Thank you for your help.

I doubt that my renditions are a very literal translation of the Japanese, but they are a lot clearer English. ) Please notice particularly how the sentences have been shortened and the structure made more straightforward : If its citizens are not willing to perform undesirable tasks, a nation will deteriorate.
