I'm practicing English writing. This is about English proficiency in recruitment.

I've checked some words' order and subject&verb. but can you find places sounding awkward or wrong? Help me please~~~

Many companies in have given more weight on English proficiency in recruiting promising staff. At present, most of the domestic companies are reflecting TOEIC scores rather than interview in English as a standard of measuring the English speaking skills of job seekers.

Samsung Electronics included the interview in English in staff requirements for the purpose of selecting talented people who can take an active part as the international workforce this year. The company also prefers job seekers who can speak a second foreign language like Chinese as well as English.

“An interviewer focuses the interview on the applicants’ ability to establish a strategy and to analyze a business opportunity.” said a human resources officer in Samsung. “In the past, English proficiency was needed in foreign investment company. However, as globalization of the domestic companies is accelerating, employees’ English speaking skills has become important regardless of department or position.” said a job market information provider “RECRUIT.”
