Top answer

-- Legal cases are 'brought against ' defendents, not 'for' them. -- Because 'another' and 'additional' cannot be preceded by the definite article 'a'. 'Another' already includes it ( 'an' + 'other') and additional requires 'an'.

  • -- Legal cases are 'brought against ' defendents, not 'for' them.
  • -- Because 'another' and 'additional' cannot be preceded by the definite article 'a'.
  • 'Another' already includes it ( 'an' + 'other') and additional requires 'an'.
  • --- That is what it seems to suggest.
  • which part of the sentance is giving us info about total amount of question-- No part; that is not what is under consideration here.
