English phrase

My question

1)I was willing to follow up with a potential client

over weeks and even months, developing a relationship with them until they were

ready to make a deal with us.

2)I was willing to follow up with a potential client

over weeks and even months, and I was developing a relationship with them until they were

ready to make a deal with us.

3)

I was willing to follow up with a potential client

over weeks and even months to develop a relationship with them until they were

ready to make a deal with us.

My question is ; meaning of all the sentences are same?

What first sentence is trying to say and what second sentence is trying to say and what third sentence is trying to say ?

Can you please make first sentence into simple sentence because I do not understand sentence after comma

developing a relationship with them until they were ready to make a deal with us.

Can you please elaborate on this ?

Thank you in advance
