I was reading news on the bbc.co.uk and I have some questions...
1. Japan is willing to give a morotorium.
It was used in context with the tsunami affected countries debt freeze. Please tell me few more sentences using this word.
2. Japan is willing to give a morotorium. The British Councellor, Gordon Brown, is to push for the G8, to follow suit.
Can I say?

Can I Say?
(a) but who provides comfort and solace to many of the survivors. (b) he helped me in trouble and provided love, care and solace.
4. The health minister James Bond gave a last minute stay of execution over the Christmas and new year holidays.
Is the following correct? Please tell me some better solutions.
Bonus was due last month, but Boss gave last minute stay of execution.
