Yolande, although that is originally Greek.

Those three are the only girls 'Y' names I've ever heard used in English. Although they are of foreign origin they are nowadays seen as English names.

I even looked at a baby name list and that didn't come up with any others.

I've known a couple Yolandas and one Yvonne. No Yvettes in my life yet.

As people seem to long for the exotic when naming their children it's interesting to note that "Natasha" is being preferred to the anglicised version "Natalie" nowadays...

So who knows, maybe "Yulia" will start challenging "Julia" someday soon...
