English Names

Could you tell me if any of these names is German or all of them are English: Nathan, Audrey, Ethan, Victoria, Lula, Ewan, Nate?

Thank you!

The only one I don't recognise as an English name is Lula. Lula doesn't sound particularly German to me; most of the Lulas on Wikipedia are Brazilian, where it seems to be a diminutive of Luiz. However, Lula is the kind of name that could be invented by an English speaker for a girl (or, probably, a speaker of any of many other languages).
