can we write that > "you can be not looking"... "not" can be put after main verb?
i mean like that > "you must be going" "you can be looking" and with using "not"

You should say "You can not be looking." "Not" has to follow "can." You can also put the two words together: "cannot."

Of course, there are always a few unusual exceptions:

Tom: Never look at X.

George: Why?

Tom: She is weird.

George: In what way?

Tom: She thinks that people are always looking at her, so she yells, "Stop looking at me!" even if a person is not looking at her.
